Buick offered three types of "wire wheel" hubcaps on full-size cars
between 1963 and 1965. The first (type 1) has red, white, and
blue painted tri-shields in the spinner insert. The second (type
2) has a spinner insert with unpainted tri-shields. The third
(type 3) is specific to the '64-'65 Riviera:
